Zack became a member of a community of practice through his graduate work in the Designing Digital Learning in Schools (DDLS) program at George Mason University. In this community, Zack collaborated with fellow educators to create the Improving Professional Development website. There, Zack and his colleagues assembled and produced resources for teachers and administrators interested in improving teacher education in their districts and schools.
